When you think of exercise, do you picture a gym with weights and personal trainers? Do you tell yourself you don’t have time to go to the gym? Stop making excuses! Exercise can be just about anything!
I am fortunate enough to live in the Pacific Northwest, the most naturally beautiful place in America!
(in my opinion with very limited frame of reference…) So getting outside is my favorite form of exercise! Hiking is a fantastic workout and the beauty of the world around you will easily make you forget that you are exercising!
The world is a beautiful place and getting healthy while while you explore it is a win/win!
You never know what you might find in your adventures!
If you’re thinking “walking” seems too easy for you there are so many other opportunities for adventure as well!
If adventuring too far from home is not your thing, there are still so many things you can do closer to home.
Gardening! Bike Riding! Dancing! or simply Playing!
Find wildlife sanctuaries or a zoo near you for a little easier walk but still exercise!
The Point is, just get up and move! Whatever way you enjoy is entirely up to you! Don’t limit yourself to the gym or structured workout routines. Mix it up, have some fun, get out in nature and enjoy your journey to a healthier you!
