I Started a YouTube Channel!

I have been thinking about starting a YouTube channel for years... But I have always been too nervous and self-conscious to actually do it. One day I decided to video myself trying a tik tok recipe and it was so much fun! It flipped a switch in me and the motivation to actually start one took hold!

Self-Improvement Month

September is Self-Improvement month and I think it is the perfect time for it! If you're a parent, the kids are back in school and the craziness of summer is finally over. It's also early enough that the obligations that come with the holiday season haven't started yet. It gives us a perfect opportunity to reflect and take time to focus on ourselves.

Nearly 450 million people worldwide are currently living with a mental illness, yet nearly two thirds of people with a known mental illness never seek treatment. This is my story.
