Photography journey of the Clackamas County Fair!
how we made our own 18 foot flag pole for only $25!
If I had to choose one type of food to live on for the rest of my life, my choice would be pasta. It never gets old for me. Different noodles, sauces, veggies, meats, the options are endless! I don't even get tired of eating the same classic spaghetti in tomato sauce several days in a row; but my husband does.
This week I want to give an update on our pregnancy journey.
Pork Chop Bundle! This is probably the easiest meal to make ever!! This meal is great for a busy weekday or when you just don't feel like cooking. Just throw it all together and let it cook! The pork chops come out amazingly tender and the flavors, all cooked together are divine!
When I started this blog I wasn't sure how much I wanted to share about our fertility struggles. I talked myself out of my mothers day post as well as avoided blogging after positive pregnancy tests. I didn't want to be a Debbie Downer and drag other people down with my own misery. I have changed my mind about not blogging this part of our journey, not because I sadistically want to spread misery but because perhaps sharing what I'm going through will help someone else know they aren't alone. I also hope getting it out will act as a kind of therapy for myself as well. This is my story so far...
"Bunny Droppings" Carrot Cake!
Photography Journey of the Portland Japanese Garden!
I am surrounded by creative minded loved ones and then there is me... I am analytical minded (hence the career choice of accounting) but have always longed to have creative talents. I've always been too insecure about trying creative activities to actually put myself out there. BUT NO MORE!! I've realized that it doesn't matter if anyone else thinks what I do is good or not. The only thing that matters is that I have fun doing it and am proud of what I accomplish!
